            Central School, in accordance with its mission statement, is dedicated to a sound mind and a sound body for our students.  It is also important that we offer students venues in which they can demonstrate the character which they are acquiring at Central School.  Sports activities provide just such venues.  Some of the sports offered at Central School are elementary basketball, junior varsity basketball, varsity basketball, junior varsity baseball, varsity baseball, junior varsity softball and varsity softball.  The offering of sports activities varies from year to year depending on student enrollment and interest.

            Athletics at Central School follow the guidelines of the Board of Directors of the Central School Corporation and the Mississippi Private School Association.
